Map of Reality

An attempt to keep an increasingly accurate map of the world.

The phrase is borrowed from the map-and-territory distinction in the Sequences. The point here is not to freeze a worldview, but to leave a record of one changing: broad beliefs, narrower forecasts, confidence levels, and the evidence that moved them.

Some entries will begin vague. The exercise is to make them sharper over time, and to notice where reality disagrees.

History is part of the instrument. Published claims are not silently replaced; changes are appended as dated updates.
